"Heat" is your total open risk — the sum of what every open position loses if each hits its stop. One trade should risk ≤ 1%; all your open trades together should risk ≤ your weekly drawdown limit (default 3%). This page adds it up, flags any position that's too big, and warns when you're concentrated in one sector. Stay cool.
